Title: What is wow and flutter caused by?

If i am hearing it correctly ph2003-07-13d3t01.flac has some wow and flutter just at the beginning of it. What causes this?

ok so Im wrong, this was recorded straight to a computer no deck involved. what is that kinda phaser sound that I hear? maby some people here that have heard the track can attest.

Hmmm wind causes that? weird, Yeah I heard how windy it was there.

did you download it?  it could be an anomoly from the download.
