Sorry, I don't internet much on the weekends as I do not have a connection at home and the phone is a PITA for this type of stuff.

I think I responded to everyone now. Seems like others are using a similar method already.

ETA: About the questions of noise, here is a show I taped with this method: https://archive.org/details/dalewatson2012-09-15.CA-14omni.flac24

I was pretty far back and the omnis still did pretty well.

Particularly in a quiet situation, I'm not happy with the CA-14 on a shirt collar.  Something always rustles one of them at some point.

So if someone has gotten hoppedup's PM and can pass it on, please do.
