Mic Cable Sheath for DPA mics?

I am looking into a cable sheath for DPA Mics ?
Can anyone recommend a product or solution?

For DPA-4060 & 4021

I would like a single sheath/cord up to about a foot from the mics themselves.

How do most people who wear their mics handle the two cord situation?
