Need to convert a pair of AT853's from XLR>1/8" stereo.

I got these things as part of a deal for my Schoeps last year. I thought they were terminated in an 1/8 stereo plug, but they are actually 2 separate XLR's. So I want to cut them down to about 3' of cable then the plug. Anyone here do this kind of stuff?  How much would it cost?
