DPAs are available in Europe, right?  If so the 4060 might fit the bill.  If you have more of a CA11 budget, though, DPAs are probably not in the running.

These mics are widely available in Europe. Should be suitable for quiet up to loud, but not too loud, shows.

You can try primo caps for ambient recordings. They are very quite, but they are limited around 14kHz. Look at datasheet, there is frequency chart.

Sennheiser makes some very nice, high-sensitivity small mics. Either omnis or cards. They are widely available in Europe.

You might need to re-terminate them, though, and they will be a bit more expensive than Church. Pricewise, in between the CAs and the DPAs (which I think are great, by the way)...

How about Soundman.de in-ear mics? From Germany. They're tiny and very detailed and about the same price as CA-11.

http://www.soundman.de/

If you can figure out the confusing website, or just email Soundman, they can tell you what the right mics are for you--they have various sensitivities.  They respond quickly to email.

You probably do NOT need the most expensive ones, which are very precisely matched for studio recording.

I run Soundman-->battery box-->Line-in-->Sony PCM-M10  to record loud live music. For what it's worth, I've seen disappointed reviews about the Soundman battery module, which is only 6 volts. Since the mics can handle up to 10 volts,  I use a 9V battery box with them that I already owned (SoundProfessionals).

But you're not recording loud music. You're recording quiet sounds, and if you're using a preamp, or a recorder with a good built-in mic preamp, you wouldn't need a battery module at all.

If you're happy with the CA-11's, but need better range at a similar budget, try the CA-14's.
Normal: Nakamichi CM-700's >> SD 744T (or) Sony PCM-M10
Normal: Crown CM-700's >> SD 302 >> SD 744T
Fun times: 3 Crown CM-700's >> SD 302 >> SD744T + 2 Nakamichi CM-700's >> SD744T
Stealth: CA-14c >> CA 9200 >> Edirol R-09HR
Ultra stealth: AudioReality >> AudioReality battery box >> Edirol R-09HR

I've got a pair of Jonas Gruska's Usi Pro mics based on the EM172 capsule and find them decent for ambient recording in quiet settings. He's got a preorder going now for them: https://lom-label.myshopify.com/. He's based in Europe. Note that delivery wouldn't be for a couple of months.

You could try some of the small AT cards (like the AT853).  I think they make/made some that were designed for hanging over a chorus and that sort of thing.

Like I already said, if you like the CA-11's., than try the CA-14's.  They are available in both Cardioid and Omni and are far superior to the CA-11's.

The ca-14 cards are better yes.
The ca-11 omnis are better than the ca-14 onmis.

I don't understand it? Do you already have the ca-11's?
Why not go mic in for quit shows? Or use a good preamp?

I tried my ca11 and had to add 40db gain. That was a very noisey record... It was a non amplified theatre
