VST Plugin Help

ThePiedPiper:
I use a free VST plug-in for stereo expanding (works wonders when working with a mono file) and I recently had to reinstall Windows. Now I can't for the life of me recall the name of the Plug-in. I know this is VERY vague and requires some "Jedi Mind Reading" tricks to read my mind, but I have used this plug-in with great success and I hate to not have it in my arsenal of plug-ins.

While on the subject, is there any plug-ins (preferably the free kind) that you find yourself using a lot and if so, what is it and what does it do?

Thanks for the help and sorry for the terrible description of what I am looking for  :'(

The (stripped-down) Izotope Ozone Imager VST plugin for single-band stereo-widening is free.

Other than this:
- Fabfilter Pro MB
- Fabfilter Pro C2
- Fabfilter Pro Q2
- Fabfilter Pro L2
- Fabfilter Saturn
- Valhalla Room
- Valhalla Vintage Verb
- LiquidSonics Reverberate 2
- Credland Audio StereoSavage
- Izotope RX

Thank you!  I just downloaded it and I'll give it a try. I use iZotope a lot, so this should be awesome. Thanks again!  I was just so use to using the other one, but learning something new (better?) is always fun.

As for worth-while free VST plugins:
Just give TDR Nova (dynamic EQ) and TDR Kotelnikow (compressor) a try. There are also some stripped-down plugins from Melda or LVC which are quite nice.

In the great and affordable range, there are also Klanghelm MJUC (compressor) and Klanghelm SDRR (saturation).

The one I am struggling to remember is "Happi" or something similar to that???
