I bought his custom CA 4 channel battery box. Shipment had problems (my mistake of an address typo) and was lost for month or so by Canada Post after a failed delivery. Chris went out of his way to communicate the problems and work though them, even refunding my payment without my asking him to do so before the postal claim went through. In the end the package eventually arrived, fully intact. In the end, an unexpected turn of events which underscores the positive attributes of this outstanding TS member!
