Yeah that eBay store went away a while back.  Lots of other good products from that eBay seller also, including good stereo bars.

Remember that this mount cradle is for 22mm mics, so get yourself some self-adhesive felt buttons or strips to hold 20mm mics.  After doing that, they hold 20mm mics better than the real Schoeps version IMO, and without any chance of scratching the mics.
