16 bit or 32 bit float when exporting in Audacity?

which should I set to? i recently finally upgraded to the newer audacity, and they ask you before export (unlike to older versions). which should I use for HQ burnable wav files? So dumb im asking this after all these years, but Ive never had a choice....

For burning audio CDs, export to 16-bit / 44.1 kHz.

You still had the choice before, but the s/w didn't prompt you upon export.  You had to change the export format in Preferences.  More here:  http://taperssection.com/index.php/topic,71191.0.html
