 If you were so worried in the first place, you shoulda taken your own picture and posted it on here of yours.  Its fine, let it die, go play with it. Nobody will take a second picture of theirs.  I doubt you will ever use the optical input.  Just go out and tape with it and stop scrutinizing every inch of it.

Actually dude, if you read my first post I said my camera is broken and this topic was dead before your post. Did that really need to be said after the last post was like two days ago. Let it go man I know I'm a total spaz  ;)
