TRS pin assignment

I bought female 1/8 trs jacks from radio shack.  Looking at the schematic, which is the tip ring sleeve?



So is
1. Tip
2. Ring
3. Sleeve
MG200/210>m148>v3>MT2496

From the picture, it looks like you have it right, but I'd use a multimeter to confirm.

That's weird, because to me, it looks exactly opposite. To me it looks like "1" is obviously sleeve/ground.
