Topic: so my ad1000 craped out on me....

in charlotte the other night.  the right channel  was all fucked up.  I had the gain on 20 and the levels cranked and the right was barely hitting at all.  I thought it was the xlr or the mic.  changed the xlr's around and the same thing    wtf???  thought's?  any ides how much $$ (I have none) and where to send.....apogee??

I would say send to apogee...  Sorry to hear about the crap-out.  +T for your troubles.
You said you switched the mic cables around....did you perchance switch the mics to make sure it wasn't them...just a thought.  Anyhow, good luck!!!
