Would you recommend these at all?

I found these steathly mics. They are in my price range, and I'm a beginner, not looking for anything too fancy, but I would like some decent sound quality.

Would anyone recommend these mics at all?

I get a server error when I try the link you posted.  I would try some sources like Microphone Madness or Sound Professionals for microphones in your price range, whatever it is.  I have not found minidisc to be a good source of mics.    8)

Not for loud bass heavy stuff with only 105 dB SPL rating.  Using external 9 volt powering module may help this set handle needed >125 dB SPL typical pop/rock venue bass peaks.
