How do you fix a WAV files DC Offset where it's not at "0"?

I just figured it out .... Here's directions on how to fix this easily in Adobe Audition.

You can also just go into the main effects > amplitude/compression > amplify/fade (process) and use the preset: center wave to do this too.  Prseumably it's the same thing...  I always use this one since it's in my usual work flow.
