Broken 722 battery?
« on: October 08, 2011, 11:20:04 AM »
This has probably been answered somewhere, but i'm feeling lazy.  Anyway i was recharging my NP-F975 knock-off, and one of the little metal sleeves in the power connector stayed with the charger when i took the battery out.  Can I just pop it back into the battery and go about my business?  Or will that direly fuck something up?

That's one of the reasons I tended to keep the same battery in the 7xx and recharge with the built-in charger.

I have read of people holding those sleeves in with a bit of glue.  Superglue should work, or epoxy.  Don't get it in the metal sleeve, of course.

That's what I normally do too, but i had to charge two batteries this morning, and wouldn't you know I put the main battery in the charger.
