Ok to use nimh in church sto 9000?

About ten years old, can't recall if nimh are ok. Thx!

Apart from the difference in discharge rate and run time that different batteries have, I wouldn't know why NimH wouldn't work. I had a Lithium cell in mine for a while that measured 9v static but showed it was effectively dead under load.  You might see similar performance from rechargeable nearing the end of their useful capacity... 'lot more battery experts here than me, so stay tuned...

Long delayed response to an old thread, but posting for posterity..

The 9.6V Imedion LSD NiMH batteries have been proven very reliable in the Church Audio preamps (9000, 9100, CA-UGLY, CA-UGLY2) over the years.  I've used them in the UGLY and the UGLY2 since around 2010 or so.
