JB3 battery questions

looked in the FAQ and didnt see anything about this

Is it possible for them to just quit taking a charge? I have my jb3 in the cradle but it's not powering up at all.
any ideas? do i need new batteries maybe? thanks

If you have access to a multimeter you should check to see if you’re getting any voltage off the battery. If you look at the battery outside the JB3 you see four copper looking connection pads on the top of the battery, the voltage should read somewhere between 3.7 and 4 volts.
