im not sure if the store "big lots" is nationwide, but they have the stores here.. i found a charger and 4 1800mah panasonic batterys for 10 bucks....

Big Lots!!  Nice, but I think their sister store Odd Lots is even better.  You can find some downright weird shit there that makes you wonder who the hell bankrolled the manufacture of the stuff.
