skm 184 setup
« on: July 31, 2003, 09:23:18 AM »
So i got my new mics in yesterday and played around with them for a little while last night. I use  a sure vert bar and at 8410s. Its hard as hell to get it close to din or ortf.  :banging head:

Anyone have any pics or want to walk me through it.

Are there some smaller mounts i could get?

Any help would be great.

you may have already done this, but if you have not...you will want to take your a27 apart and position the 5/8 threads at opposite ends of the mount, this will give you plenty of space to cross over the shock mounts over each other, which will be necessary with those little mics to get the right configs.
