INTENT
=========================

To allow tapers to hear the different sonic characteristics of the V3 and R4.  The goal was to try to minimize the influence of the R-4 preamp and focus primarily on the ADC comparison.  However, in order to achieve reasonably even levels across both ADCs, I had to apply a very small amount of gain to the R-4.  Of course, one shouldn't decide gear X or Y sounds better based on a single comparison, but hopefully the samples provide some useful listening on the sonic differences the V3 and R4 ADCs.

Thanks for the comp, Brian.  I look forward to hearing this.  Hopefully, this is just the beginning of the stock R4 comps.  +T
