My AT831 mics are hard wired into the power module. The power module runs off an AA battery to power the mics and also acts as a phantom power adapter to run off 48v. Can someone replace the hard wired setup with a male mini-xlr connector set into the module and a female mini-xlr onto the ends of the mic cable?

Why not just terminate the mic cables to work with the IPA?

Why not just terminate the mic cables to work with the IPA?
I was hoping to retain all the functionality and be able to use this with the IPA. Maybe I shouldn't worry about it as they are over 20 years old and would be better suited for use with the IPA.
I'll see about getting them terminated with new ta3f connectors.
