Anyone heard from kindkables recently?
« on: July 15, 2008, 05:40:17 AM »
Emailed and PM'ed, but no response.

Looking for a cable to use my current stereo 1/8" mics/battery packs with my new
MR-1 (balanced dual mono 1/8").  SoundPro has them, but looking more local first.
thanks

Others have reported the best way to get hold of kindkables is to pick up the phone. Try the new number he has listed on this page: http://www.kindkables.com/catalog/default.php

I emailed Ed a while back.  He responded back within a few days and then I haven't heard from him...I assumed he was busy.

I'm patiently waiting on an order right now. Its been a couple of weeks since I placed the order. It took him a few days to pull the payment off PayPal and I haven't heard anything since but I'm just assuming he's busy working or has had some distractions.

Hey guys i'm around.  i just have been super busy during july.  i am shipping 3 orders today and am slowly getting caught up.  if you ordered via paypal i probably don't know what you ordered, my website doesn't send me paypal orders, so pm me to let me know.
louie your order is coming along.
ben and amara your shipping today.
cybergaloot your chameleon ultras will go out tommorrow.
usually i'm slow getting orders out because i'm too busy skiing or mountain biking.  this time it's because i'm working 60 hour weeks.  at least i'm getting paid to record.  i am archiving the crested butte music festival, 20 performances.
thanks for your patience.

If it's worth getting off the couch, it's worth taping!

That's cool. I figured you were busy. Anytime somebody takes a while to collect money they MUST be busy! I'm looking forward to the cables though. I've been using cheapo cables and they are going to bite me in the rear if I keep on.

Thanks for the update Ed! I hate it when something like "life outside of taping" gets in the way.

Keep up the great work and +T!  ;D

The cables got here yesterday and sure look great! I'm looking forward to running them this weekend.

I've been looking for an email also.  Just making sure you got the power cable back to rework.

Thanks,

Pat
