battery life for the ca-9100 pre-amp?

 I'm sure this has been discussed some place on this site but a looked around for about 20mins could not find my answer. So I'm wondering as to how long the a standard Energizer battery will power the the CA-9100 pre amp??

i have powered mine for about 35-45 hrs on 1 9v.

I believe Chris said 50 hours is about the max with a battery. I have run mine at about 40 hours and changed it.

Thanks a bunch guys.!!!!! after seein the mod I think after tonights Leo Kottke I will switch it over to the 9.6 rechargeable.
