$250 a channel is utter ridiculousness. There had better be a big audible difference for that cake. Which there most likely is none.
I work at a custom cable facility, and while we have silver in house, it hardly ever gets used.

Interesting post Jon Stoppable, if all of what you say is true my opinion of these cables will probably be changed.
