Replacing the SPDIF out on MME

Has anyone done this themsleves??  Any part #'s for the replacement??  Any pics of the work??  Mine has been flaky lately...

get a AES>SPDIF connector.  Its a much tighter connection, I dont even bother to mess with the factory SDIF it does not have a good connection.
