Most Efficient Way to Power my JB3 and UA5?
« on: October 15, 2007, 08:27:25 PM »
Hey Guys...

I was just wondering if anyone had any suggestions as to powering my UA-5 and JB3.

I'm looking for the most bang for my buck right now, and cant really afford to get Li-Ion batteries at the moment...

Any suggestions or input?

Most of the "all in one" solutions people have come up with probably cost more than individual batteries for those devices...the JB3 is kind of an oddball voltage (5v)...

JB3 batteries have come down in price a bit - cant speak for this seller - but not a bad deal...$16.99

Hard to beat 2 stock JB3 batteries - mine are at least 3 years old and still hold a nice charge...

The UA5 - you should be able to get a 9V DVD battery of ebay for less than 20 bucks...someone can probably recommend a ebay vendor or brand to look for (Dynex?)

you can run a ua5 and jb3 of a 9v dvd battery with vr box for 6hrs
but it would cost you $16 to make a vr box
