Title: Rycote's Awesome Customer Service [Cracked INV6 Base]

I am sure most of you already knew this, but I just wanted to give a shout-out to Rycote's amazing customer service, especially someone named Mark Ferguson[Technical Support], who got a hold of the USA/Canada offices and had them send me a FREE INV6 Base, since one of my INV6 Base's cracked in one spot! I talked to Mark Ferguson this past Tuesday, July 5, 2016, in an email and he got Rycote's USA office to send me a replacement base UPS Ground that day, and will already be here supposedly today, Friday, July 8, 2016 >:D 8) Now THAT'S what I call some pretty kickass customer service!

So rest assured, if you EVER have a problem with any of your Rycote products, please don't hesitate to let them know about it, because I'm sure they will take care of you just as quickly as they took care of me recently ;)

Now I have no doubts about getting another INV shock[INV HG-mkiii], to hold two active bars with my Rycote Piggy Back Clips :)

Good to know.  I have a bunch of Rycote gear, but have never had a problem so far.  I am pleased to hear that they take care of problems promptly.  Great stuff.
