I want to use my Zoom f8 with Pro Tools First. PTF wants the Zoom ASIO driver software to have a control to set the buffer size. Currently, there is no way to adjust this, so PT won't run with the Zoom F8, becasue PT wants certain buffer sizes. I noticed when I used some cleaning software to clean the remnants of the Zoom ASIO software off my Windows 10 box that there is a registry entry the program creates to set the buffer size. It's not adjustable externally however. So someone who has programming skills should be able to write or decompile the driver software and add this simple feature.
I tried some generic ASIO software and it seemed to run with the combination, but I couldn't get any audio levels from PTF. Then it wouldn't run after that first time.
