AD2K Power options

My Tekkeon batteries have decided to stop sending 12 volts to the AD2K.  No matter what I do, it will not power the unit and when it does go to "12" volt, it automatically switched to the lowest voltage.  Does anyone have a suggestion how to fix this, or offer another battery option?  Any help will be appreciated.

not sure how servicable those are. is there a setting above 12V?

Yes, I believe there is one or two higher voltages above 12.

i think it can take up to 18V

Consider looking into the Talentcell 12V batteries on Amazon / eBay.  There are a couple of models, but they supply 12V, some 9V and 5V (USB) as well.
