Little help for first big show

Ok so ive taped a few shows so far but have yet to tape DMB and want to tomarrow night in camden NJ my seats are 200 C witch is all the way to the right but in the first row of the section. will i be able to pull a decent tape from there or should i just leave my rig at home?http://media.ticketmaster.com/en-us/...phi/15404s.gif

Practice makes perfect. Bring the rig and if you don't like how your tape sounds, download someone else's...

yea i was planning on doing that but just wanted to see if it was just one of thoose times where nothing can make the tape sound good. ill try it and it will be the first show i tape with more then 100 people there so it will be fun

Hey, consider it a challenge. Try some weird stuff, an odd configuration or different settings on your gear. I treasure those gigs where there's more than one taper so I can try something bizarre and know if I screw up I'll still have something to listen to later...

bring fatty windscreens expect for fans around you not have total disrespect for your gear and sing every song word for word... a fun expaeriment would bew face mics backwards and record crowd singing to dave...
anyway have fun and try to trade down to be on the aisle close to the center
camden is decent sound all around but it is a little boomy under the cover
