if they look good and sound good, thats a fair price.  u can check the back of them, they have the date made, and signed by an inspector.  if they r older, they easly steel wooled and rubbed with tung oil.  makes them like new again.  ed

Depends on vintage and condition. They were made over 40 year period. But generally that is a very good price.

Price is great,  when checking them out make sure you turn the treble up all the way to make sure there is no dead spots.  If so reduce your offer.  You will have to rebuilt the horn which actually isn't that bad.  There are great rebuilt kits out there.
