aes xlr?

Can I use an xlr cable to run out of aes.  WIll i be losing anything?

In a pinch? Yeah, it might work. As a rule though, no use an aes cable.

you could for very short runs, but using a good quality 110ohm AES/EBU cable is highly recommended. Belden 1800F is an excellent one, ime.

Other TS'ers recommended Belden and canare aes cable... anyone have an opinion on the blue Mogami 3080 AES cable and  the cables that "HOTWIRED CABLES" makes? Under $20 w/ shipping for a short aes? Is this cable crap or something?
