Topic: DVD-Audio tools questions

A couple of questions on this.

1) After using the dvda-author command to create the Audio_TS directory, it says processing filenamet01.wav until it gets to the second to last file and then stops. For example I downloaded the les claypool with trey show that has 11 wav files and it stops after it says "processing lcfb2005-07-11_10.wav". I tried this twice and both times it gets to that point and then nothing - no notification that it completed or that it processed track 11 and I am unable to use that command prompt anymore as it stops responding. Is this normal?

2) After closing the frozen command window and opening a new one, I change to the AUDIO_TS directory and use the mkisofs command but get an error message stating that "The procedure entry point__Getreent could not be located in the dynamic link library cygwin.dll" Any idea what to do?

Obviously I don't use command lines often, so I would appreciate any help I can get.
