R-05  Dimensions (WxHxD)‎: ‎2.4 x 4.1 x 1"
M-10 Dimensions (WxHxD): 2.5 x 4.5 x 0.9

R-05 is smaller in both width and height, very slightly more diameter.

The Tascam DR-03 is significantly smaller, has a SD slot, and 24 bit capability. I think it is also branded as the DR-08 and the Teac VR models are the same as this as well but I haven't used those.
