Title: Would YouTube 1080p/720p be acceptable?

With "new" youtube quality, including 60fps, would that be a good way for trading?
You can find some pro-shots on YouTube in HD, but I have no idea if it would be good for trading.

What you guys think about it?

Not unless you can download the ORIGINAL without youtube recompression.

To be honest, I am not really into video, so I know nothing about it, my great interest is the audio.

I downloaded the video and converted it to FLAC, checked the Frequency and it seemed weird, it was not like a MD frequency neither a noncut one, and it resulted in another doubt, the frequency seemed "better" than MD but "worse" than from when I recorded using my R-09, would that be the audio be acceptable even not being downloaded from the real source?

I don't know even had a opinion for that.

What are your thoughts on that?

The following FA are both from the same source (an YouTube video), the first one seems lossless, the second one seems strange.

I don't know what to think.

If a proshot originally released or shown live on YT. It's count as webcast like it's from any other sites. Should be shared/traded within it's original format (not re-encoded to DVD/BD). YT-rips of audience videos are not accepted in trading.

A different take on this scenario ...

If something is already on Youtube in high quality - I just watch it there and don't think about trying to download it or trade for it.  In fact, I sometimes see proshot videos listed at torrent sites and rather than download them, I just go straight to Youtube and watch them.  Saves big on space and media costs.

You never know if it's gonna get pulled though. Most 1080p or 720p YT videos aren't that big, so I download them and throw them in my iTunes library where I can put them on an iPad or watch on my Apple TV. (If it's something I really want)
