I got that same demo from that Sony rep. We had a nice discussion, I had my M10 with me so I brought to his attention how it is loved by the TS community. I explained to him about the various ways that we use them to capture shows. I mentioned to him that a 4ch model would be appreciated here. I then showed him the TS board and brought him to the recording gear area. He booked marked it and said he would check it out, he seemed genuinely interested. The SX 2000 was cool, really small, I mentioned to him it would have been cool if it had a Line In like the M10...he thanked me for the info, and said he would pass it on after reading some of the threads on here. Nice guy.

so I guess there's no m10 replacement this year...

^ There's always Summer NAMM (which is when they announced the M10, in 2009)...

Thanks! That gives me another great reason to look forward to summer besides not having to shovel all this snow!
