I read a review that said something about the ID/tagging being a bit of an issue with  but it was supposed
To be addressed with a firmware update.
Also something about a gapless playback issue.
Do you know if those have been resolved?

I have an X5 1st generation and it sounds fantastic.  I have two Sandisk 128GB microsd's mounted in it.  256GB of music in my pocket.  I got everything I need.  Buy any of generation of the X5 and you'll be extremely happy.
