Canon GL2 Advice?
« on: November 28, 2009, 10:32:15 PM »
I'm heading out tomorrow night to a Los Lobos show for the maiden voyage of a Canon GL2 I scored - I've never used this specific camera before so just curious if anyone has any experience or advice they wish to share specific to this camera?  I played around with it a bit and it seems fairly straight forward but just thought I'd check if there are any settings etc. folks advise for videoing concerts with it.

We have one at work, its a pretty alright little camera. If you're using a tripod, make sure to turn the image stabilization off. You'll also want to have an external audio source, you camera audio will be overloaded on anything loud. Take an extra battery & tape!
