Q on transferring reels

I've got a few each of 4-track strereo, 4-track mono, 2-track mono, and 2-track stereo tapes (all 1/4 inch in-line) I want to transfer to CD.  Would a 4 track quad deck such as those Teac sold in the mid to late 70s cover all of these?

Radio shows and maybe a few groups I was in, all in low to middling fidelity. Nothing I expect anyone would be interested in.
