Noob questions about Zoom H4
« on: May 01, 2008, 04:19:41 PM »
Alright, so I am taping my first show tonight. It's just my colleges jazz band but I figured it was a good place to get started.

I'm using the H4, and more than likely I will have a SBD patch. I have access to all kinds of cords and adapters (xlr, rca, 1/4", etc.)

what would you suggest I use for inputs (xlr v. 1/4") ? also, the 1/4" inputs are unbalanced. what does that mean? thanks for the help.
So much for expectancy
But I think I'm where I'm supposed to be
