sonic studios dsm 6 + sony pcm m-10

Good evening
i just bought a sony pcm -10 in Spain , and i have a Sonic studios dsm5 mic. I used to tape the concerts that i atened with an edirol rh09.
Now i wonder to know what is the best way to configure my new sony audio gear.


line in , mic in?

please any help will be greatful

Does your DSM mic have a power module ? According to Sonic Studios the mic in of the Sony PCM-M10 using it's plug in power supplies the correct voltage for his DSM microphone so unless your using his one of his preamplifiers MIC IN is what you will want.

Which sensitivity DSM are you using?

I have DSM-6 L
and also DSM-1H

I have a Pa-6lc3  preamplifier, i use a 85 bass filter, but i don´t konw if it will be ok.

my mics are dsm6 , sorry.

If the mics have no battery power in-line, use the mic in and the mic power on.  Line-in for super-loud sources.
