FLAC Error message

Hey all... A friend gave me a show he recordied in .wav data files burned to a DVD.  I flacked them for archival but got the following for each track.  Anyone know what it means?

also, just to add, it's not just certain editing programs that will write "non-standard" .wav headers.  every file recorded on both the M-Audio Microtrack and also the Tascam HD-P2 have extra junk written in the file header.  those are the only two that I have direct experience with, but I'd be willing to guess that other hard-drive / flash recorders do similer things.

as Brian said, nothing to worry about.

This was recorded on a 722.
