Probably, but ask Chris Church, don't take my word for it.  The 9100 puts out some "plug in power" voltage, and it's slightly possible that there is something in the Rolls which would burn out the 9100 with extended usage.

Yeah, I guess I should ask Chris since he'd best understand his product.
Thanks Joe.

Maybe this is well-known here already, but if you're using input transformers, you need to be sure that your signal cables go from their outputs directly into the line inputs that you want to drive, and are as short as possible--less than three feet long for sure.

This is to avoid high frequency losses due to the capacitance of the cables. Step-up transformers don't just step up the voltage; they also step up the source impedance of your microphones by the square of the turns ratio.

Slight threadjack: what battery do you use to the PB224, and how much time does it give you on phantom?

It runs on two 9-volt batteries, but I have yet to actually use the thing, so I not sure of the phantom run time.

Still waiting for a reply from Chris Church as to the PB224-to-9100 compatability question.

Just heard back from Chris Church, he can't see any incompatability issues between these two units.
