vlc4iphone 1.8.0 Has FLAC Support Again

FWIW - vlc4iphone has just been updated to 1.8.0 and FLAC support is back!

The FLAC support ain't great (very tinny sounding on my iphone - like a low bitrate MP3 or like it's truncating to 8bits) but hopefully it will improve in the future.
