AA Rechargables Q
« on: January 01, 2004, 06:06:36 PM »
Well, I have decided to make the shift to rechargables for a lot of my equipment.  What's the highest quality AA rechargable and charger out there at this point?  Also where do people reccomend buying from?  I'm going to be buying 50 of them for myself and 100 for my Editor in Chief.  We are gonna be using these with all our photo gear...

i reccomend powerizer rechargeables

i always buy from batteryspace.com. as they accept paypal for payment, and thomas doesnt have everything i need usually

I've had great success with all the Maha rechargables and chargers I've bought.  My AAs are Maha Powerex.  Check out Thomas Distributing.

I bought some Maha Powerex's secondhand and haven't had a problem with them yet.  That Thomas Dist. seems to have great prices as well!

Definitely give 'em a call, Jonny - if they're smart, your purchase will qualify for a bulk discount.

yah im sure we wont go through someone unless they give us a quantity discount.  if everything goes as planned it could mean a 500+ battery purchase for the office pool

i went to battspace to look at the maha aa's, and the page fwd'd to the thomas site. i believe they are either the same company or sister companies.
