I have some right angle neutrik xlr connectors here, and on some of them I have inserted the little black piece (the one where you actually solder the cable onto) into the housing. I would like to remove these but it looks like once you snap it in they aren't meant to be removed. Can someone tell me how to remove these things? Trying to grab the ground tab with pliers did not work.

If they are the new style, there is a locking clip that need to be removed (see page 2 on the attached pdf link).
