Conditioning new Sony L Series batteries....

So I searched around here a bit and didn't see anything....

Just picked up 2 new Sony NPF-970 6600mah batteries from Cascade Media. I've been trying to find the correct way to break these guys in. Parker from Sonic Sense recommended 6 full power cycles (ie - charge fully then drain fully in the 744t 6 times). The box says that these batteries have 'No Memory Effect'.

Any advice?

I cycled mine per Mojan's advice but i dont think it matters, after 2 months two L series died on me :P

Sony batteries SUCK my hit the round file after problems in the field everytime i used them ... Energizers 2500 mAh work for me ..
