UA5 ? from newbie (yes I read the faq)

Is it true that the UA5 only has a peak meter, and no level meters?  Are there all in one boxes that have both and are in the same price range?  Or is there a cheap, separate component to monitor/change levels that complements the UA5 well?

SVU-2.... it's a led meter that many have used with their UA5.  do a search for it. all kinds of threads on it :)
