RB-270
« on: May 09, 2007, 08:08:18 PM »
I just bought 2 RB-270's and ran them last weekend.  The power meter worked fine during charging but the meter doesn't work on either while they are plugged into my R4.  Anyone else with these batteries have the same issue?

Once in awhile you can get shown the light, in the strangest of places if you look at it right.

I bought one recently.  On my first outing, the status lights only lit up when I pressed the black buttion.  I ran the UA-5 for 2-3 hours and one of the indicatiors was dark, reflecting the amount of battery discharge.  I think that is normal behavior.

That's my experience, as well.  I forget which models I have - Lenmar something or other, Initial RB-270, Memorex something-else.  All basically the model but branded differently.  Just press the black button to check the battery meters.
