To this date I have run my SAX on 2 9v batteries all the time. I get at least 5 hours of run time with 2 9v batteries.

I dont even know what a DVD battery is?
I dont even know what a DC power adapter for the sonosax looks like or who makes it?

What are my options regarding external poweer not only for preamps but what about other devices like iphones, ipads, etc.

please educate me I would really appreciate it

I have a Lemosax tho and they dont use as much power since theyre only powering my Schoeps caps :)
